Good morning bloggers!
It's the last week of school before I head home for spring break! It's nearly 40 degrees here and I don't have to wear mittens it's so warm! I have been crazy busy but it's not bogged me down. Here's all the art I made this week and what I've been up to:
We've got our train station finished and now they've decided to use it in the final show. I'm happy that my work on this project is good enough for the show.
I've put a lot into my observational drawing and I'm happily using colored pencil. Unfortunately the tin slipped before I could get a picture of it in it's correct orientation. Whoops. We have colored lights on the still life and that changes the still life so much!
My final personal still life. I used static to get the little sponges to stick to the computer and it looks so cool in the photo! I just put down all the base colors and today I'm going to blend them to make them the real tones they should be. The paper is huge! I think it's coming out pretty well.
The last two pieces are for my critique on Friday and then I'm out of here. I can't wait to come home!
Xo,
Emma
